  We had a large party of 15 people. I understand that it was graduation day at UT Martin. I get that they could not give us the big table in back (even though no one else was there the whole time) and that we were forced to use 3 different booths (not beside each other either). We were there over an hour, we all had drinks, chips and salsa, etc. But in the time we were there, the only food that came out to us (after asking several times how much longer it would be) was 1 kids pizza, that was given to 1 child at a table where 6 kids were. We decided to pay for the drinks and leave. We asked to speak to a manager. Although 3 employees went to get him, no one ever came. We left. I will not be back.

  Service is hit or miss. It can be great, horrible, or mediocre. Good is usually pretty good though.
