  I waited forty five minutes before calling them to check where my order was (I had asked for delivery). I called again after an hour had gone by and still, no food. The woman was very rude both times I called. I was asked to give my phone number to the woman on the phone during both phone calls. She verified my phone number and pulled up my order using this phone number. She transfers me to the manager who talks down to me like I'm some worthless POS, and then he told me it wasn't their fault I gave them the wrong number. Apparently their delivery driver pulled up in front of my dorm (where I was outside standing, by the way) and tried calling my phone, but it was disconnected. So without ever getting out of the car, he drives off with my order. I had to leave for work ten minutes after I called the third time, and then they told me that it wasn't their fault. The only thing he would do for me was have it delivered to my work. He didn't offer to take off 10%, offer a coupon, or even APOLOGIZE for me waiting over an hour for this order I was told would be ready in 25 minutes. Now I am going to work a 12 hour shift and I haven't eaten anything today. I suggest eating out of a trash can before ordering from this place. They would have delivered cold food to my work after I waited over an hour to even find out where my food was, and then they would have charged me full price for it? HA. Absolutely not.
